SOM TAM
a few months ago, I had to travel to Thailand, and there are some foods that really made an impression on my heart. so, for a few days I will review a food with the taste of Thailand, we start with this one.
Som Tam in the Thai language this means papaya salad, different from the salad in our imagination (mayonnaise and cheese) this salad has a taste of its own.
glass noodles and chicken claw boiled dominate the side of elasticity, fish balls and squid giving the impression that teasing Pattaya sea, followed by piece of sausages which makes this salad so more solid, enlivened with grated papaya and cabbage, do not miss the elements there is always in any salad, onion, equipped with a distinctive odor fish sauce, and spiced with lemon juice and Thailand sauce (a very known as a sour taste, sweet, spicy).
Imagine the wealth of flavors, spices, and the aroma, which is in your mouth, also the clash of every thing that exists in this salad on your teeth and tongue, enlivened with the crisp of grated papaya and cabbage.
It's like a musical concert in your mouth !!!
and you can find this salad in every food cart that provide this things
I like your review very much. Written so deliciously that I really want to have a taste of it too. Please keep writing more. Thanks for sharing.
