For countries in Asia, this is a familiar food, in the west and Europe may use flour as a raw material for making pasta in asia we use rice as a raw material, and this is the result there are various options like you see, there are kuaytiao, angel hair, noodles. This is the Pad Thai,  this street food is very famous all over Thailand, and even became a symbol of streetfood in Thailand. So what distinguishes it from other Asian countries?

What distinguishes it is used kuaytiao widths smaller than kuaytiao in general, and suppleness of this kuaytiao is more resilient than other Asian countries, And the main element is that most distinguishes the taste of Thailand.

Beginning with the smell of oil and garlic, then scrambled eggs, eggs with soft texture is responsible for storing the scent of garlic, then after that kuaytiao who were the main materials with elastic texture that tempt our tongue, seasoned with salty soy sauce and Thailand sauce that was certainly delicious (sour, sweet, spicy) topped with bean sprouts that give the impression of earth, these sprouts are not cooked long deliberately so the crisp texture and freshness is maintained, and at the final complement grated dried red chili on top, giving a spicy flavor that tickles our tongue, this is the original sense of pad thai.

There are some additional options for enjoying pad thai, including a selection of meats from chicken, seafood, pork, there is also a sprinkling of dried shrimp, thailand sauce, sugar as a sweetener.
