MOO PING
This food is rarely reviewed by the food bloggers, although this is one
of a famous street food in Thailand, the price is cheap and most importantly
the taste is super delicious, Moo Ping is basically pork satay, but the
difference is, the pork not chopped as in pork satay that we have met mostly,
moo ping makes me reminded of my experience when I visit family in Manado, serving
method between moo ping with Menadonese pork satay/RAGEY was approximately
equal (not chopped) but in terms of taste and texture are very different,
especially the spices.
The parts that
used in pork is part of layered (skin, fat, meat) sliced in perfect thickness
(not thick and thin) it ease the process of cooked meat, most of the fat
absorbed by the meat so the texture of meat becomes very tender and soft, the
seasoning is very simple, because the pork became a major star in this food, it
was tasty, soft, delicious, greasy, and one thing that not miss is smoke
fragrant from grilled over coals, it is more perfect when eaten while still hot
(just finished grilled).
This dish is accompanied with a Thai sauce and sliced wansui leaves,
Man it’s like heaven,I eat almost 15 pieces of this every day in
Thailand.
